Position Summary: To perform daily housekeeping office functions. Work closely with others to obtain daily goals and complete work assignments. Those primary departments include Front Desk, Bell Desk, Reservations, Banquets, Laundry and Spa. Maintain excellent communication with departments and provide correct and timely delivery of information related to guest activity and hotel operations.
Assume primary responsibility for all housekeeping office functions to include:
Assigning boards to room attendants, inspectors and the housemen
Answering phones, dispatching personnel, and control of two way radios
Key and handheld ALICE device Control
Communicate with all departments as necessary and log calls received
Input service orders and requests into ALICE
Assist Housekeeping Management with inventory, scheduling, and purchase orders

Minimum Job Requirements:
Must be bi-lingual in Spanish and English
Possess strong communication skills
Must be computer literate
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Able to work weekends and holidays
Housekeeping/clerical experience is preferred but not mandatory
Able to sit for long periods of time.

May require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods, throughout the day. Requires interacting with others, interpreting spoken messages, constant keyboarding, sitting, hearing and talking are required. The employee will occasionally stand and walk, and infrequent bending at the waist, twisting of the upper body, kneeling, being mobile on even surfaces, squeezing and crouching are also required. Requires infrequent lifting and carrying of 1-25 pounds.
